The objective of this project is to make the specification of the secondary concentrator of measures of the COGA. In main lines east concentrator would have to fulfill the following requirements functional: communication with the main concentrator of REE; communication with measuring equipment connected directly; communication with other secondary concentrators of distributors; capacity to demand measures, to gather incidences in the measures and to consider measures; to fulfill the norms imposed by REE and the BOE.
